四川省建筑师学会成立于1985年是根据《中华人民共和国社会团体登记管理条例》成立的社会团体。本会的业务主管单位为四川住房和城乡建设厅，是在四川省民政厅注册的独立法人，具有一级协会的身份。本学会接纳勘察设计单位、大专院校、建设行业企业为团体会员，接纳一、二级注册建筑师以及现正从事建筑设计工作的建筑师为个人会员。

　　四川省建筑师学会根据国家法律、法规开展面向行业的学术活动和公益事业，同国内外相应技术组织、团体开展民间的科技和学术交流与合作，促进行业发展。它为行业搭建了一个更高层次更加广阔的平台，必将为行业的发展发挥积极的推动作用。“学会”是建筑师大家的学会，是建筑师自己的组织。本学会工作的出发点和落脚点就是要维护业内从业机构和人员的正当利益。学会要依靠政府的支持，为行业发展提供有利的条件来开展更多的区域性行业发展工作。

　　37年来，四川省建筑师学会发挥了广泛联系省内各大、中型设计院、设计公司、学校、会员与社会，做好与政府的纽带和桥梁作用，与大家共同努力，积极推动繁荣建筑创作和建筑科技的发展，尤其是近几年城市化进程加快，四川省的城镇建设取得了瞩目的成就。特别在建筑设计领域，出现了一大批既具有时代精神与民族性和地方性相结合又经济、适用、美观的设计精品。四川省建筑师学会是一个无边界壁垒束缚的社会团体，在这里希望各位会员可以充分施展其才能和创造力，在新世纪的发展大潮中，进一步发挥学会的作用和职能，探索新时期工作切入点，把四川省建筑师学会的工作推向更高的平台。

　　The Sichuan Institute of Architects was established in 1986 as a social organization established in accordance with the "Regulations on the Registration and Management of Social Organizations of the People's Republic of China". The business unit of the association is the Sichuan Provincial Department of Construction, an independent legal person registered with the Sichuan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, and has the status of a first-level society. The Society accepts survey and design units, colleges and universities, and construction industry enterprises as group members, and accepts first- and second-level registered architects and architects who are currently engaged in architectural design work as individual members.

　　The Sichuan Institute of Architects conducts industry-oriented academic activities and public welfare undertakings in accordance with national laws and regulations, and conducts non-governmental scientific and technological and academic exchanges and cooperation with corresponding technical organizations and groups at home and abroad to promote the development of the industry. It has built a higher level and broader platform for the industry, and will definitely play a positive role in promoting the development of the industry. "Learning" is the society of architects, and the organization of architects themselves. The starting point and goal of the work of the Institute is to safeguard the legitimate interests of the industry's institutions and personnel. The society must rely on the support of the government to provide favorable conditions for industry development to carry out more regional industry development work.
